The stay featured spacious, clean rooms that ensured a quiet environment for relaxation. Breakfast was exceptional, with a changing variety that impressed each morning, and the breakfast service stood out for kindness and helpfulness. Although the hotel provides valuable amenities like an airport shuttle, it could benefit from more on-site entertainment options during downtime.

We had a fantastic stay with our group of friends. The breakfast buffet was unmatched! We visited the award-winning watershed exhibit and NASA's Science on a Sphere exhibit, both must-sees. The hotel was clean, with friendly staff. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind.
The only downside was that the location could get busy at times, but it was manageable.

I really enjoyed my stay here for three nights. the room was super clean and had a great design. I loved chilling by the pool and relaxing on the sun terrace. The only hiccup was that I had to switch rooms because of a noise issue, but the overall vibe made it worth it. If you’re looking for a cozy getaway, definitely check this place out! 😊

Clean vibes with a hint of mildew
I stayed for 3 nights and the first impression was great, like, super clean! But then I got to my room and the floor had some stuff on it, and it smelled kinda funky, like mildew. They moved me to another room, which was nice of them, but it still had that smell. The bar area was cool, though!

I had a great time at the Radisson McAllen. The staff greeted me warmly and were very attentive throughout my stay. My room was clean and spacious, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The pool area was a highlight. it was well-kept and a nice spot to relax. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast was delicious, with a decent variety of options that I looked forward to each morning. However, the decor felt a bit outdated, and I noticed some musty odors in the hallways. I also had a minor issue with the air conditioning – it didn't cool down the room as much as I would have liked. Despite these concerns, the positives certainly outweigh the negatives.
